1. What is WPC?

WPC stands for “wood plastic composite” which is a composite material that combines the qualities 

of timber with the advantages of plastics.

2. How is WPC made?

All of our products are made from 60% natural wood fibres, 30% environmentally friendly plastics and 10%   chemical additives. 

We use the timber from white poplar. This wood is of a particularly high quality and strengthin our region. 

As for the plastic component, we only use high quality, pure and untreated polyethylene.

Our products are manufactured by means of thermoplastic extrusion. During this process, the white poplarfibres are coated with the plastic at high temperature and pressure to form a compact mass with a hollow-chamber profile. The production process is standardized to ensure that our WPC products are of consistentlyhigh quality, with excellent material density and durability.

They have a natural appearance thanks to the wood powder component, while the plastic ensures they have along lifespan and are easy to maintain. As we use white poplar fibres, our WPC products actually have a smell of wood.
